A. Dykstra footbridge - deny request to rename the Dykstra Footbridge the "Harkey
Footbridge" If agreed upon by Harkey family, direct staff to design interpretive pedestal
and verbiage related to history of Dykstra Footbridge for installation on the westerly
end of the bridge.
