CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Craig asked if L.I.D. 330 fell into
the category where the City was having difficulty obtaining
interim financing. Clements indicated thsre had been bids
received on this L.I.D.
MOTION by,Craig, S,ECOND by Colburn, to authorize.Consent
Agenda,Item E 3. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Colburn express
concern ov.er the procedure.in financing L.I.D.'s. Craig.stated he was certain the Finance Committee would certainly want ta
watch financing in the future.
