Roegner at 7:30 p.m. in the City of Aukwrn Council Q�mnbers. Mayor Roegner led
those in attendance in the pledge of allegiance.

Ben Howard, representative for the River Mobile Hcme Park, expressed conoerns
regarding the increasing charges that aze being passed on to their mobile home park
such as stoxm drainage utility and metro charqes. Be�► iiowarfl noted most °f the
residents of the m�bile hane park are m fixed incares. It was poic�ted wt the
park's surface water is oontrolled by holding ponds and a storm drain is not
nee3e3, Ben Ho�*ard felt the park residenta ahould be notified w►+enever rates are
being changed that will effect utility payments.
Mayor Roegner responded to the ooncerns exPresse3 bY the River Mobile Baae Park by
requestinq this matter be referred to the earliest Public Worlcs Cannittee m�tin9.
Mayor Ro�ner announced the next Public Works Camiittee meeting will be Thursciay,
July 23, 1987 at 7:30 p.m.

included in the monthly activity report.

Mayor Roegner requested City Staff and Counci]�nanber participation at the annual Senior
Citizen verses City Staff baseball qame.
