setting horkshop sche3nled 5or Sep6ember 21, 1987 from 5 p.m - 7 p.m. A
recomrended ]ist of goals for the Oouricil's consideration will be made
available t� Oou�ilme�bers next week.
2. Mayor FAegner announced the prou�tions of Sergeant Ray Shernan azr] Sergeant
Hill Pitzl of the A�um Police Department to the rank of (�ptain in the police
department. C�ptains Shernan azd Pitzl successfully passed a rigorous testing
regimen to attain appointment bo this rac�c.
3. Proclamation
Mayor Roegner presented Louise Schneider a proc].amation naming Sepbember 1�,
1987 United StaUes Qonstitution Day. Ms. Scheider presentied each of the
Nuncilmenbers with a oop� of the United Stabes aonstituion azd announced that
Auburn had been named an official IIice�t�nnial City.
