Mr. Turyerson, applicant on Application No. 26-87, briefly summarized issues
surrounding his request to rezone from R-4 to C-3 which relate to the 1987 area zoning

VIII. MAYOR'S REPOR'I`
Mayor Ftoegner noted rhat city staff defeated Valley Newspapers i.n a softbal.] game as
part of the act.ivities at the opening of t.he Auburn Game Farm Park, and thanked Counci]
and staff for their participation.
Executive Session Mayor Roegner announced there wou]d be an executive session for
approximately fifteen minutes to discu�s labor negot.iations. The meeting recessed a*_
8:1.5 p.m.
