Request: The proposal is to rezone approximately 9 acres from R-5 (Residential 5
dwelling unitslacre) to I (Institutional). Green River Community College
proposes the construction of an approximately 65,000 square foot Trades
Facility that also includes parking, storm drainage facilities, landscaping,
and a trail to connect with the future City Park located north of the subject
property. An administrative use permit is required for the proposed
building.
