The agenda modification modifies the Consent Agenda by updating Item F
rela6ng to Public�Works Project No. CP1109 and adds Item H relating to an
agreement with Utilities Senrices, Inc.

Background Summary:
This project will oonstruot stortn drainage conveyance improvemerrts at yarious locations throughout the
City at the followirig locations:. 37'"St NW Outfall, 36'" St SE, and Academy Dr SE. Improvements
inctude replacement of 400 linear feet of 12-inch diameter storm cuNert pipe (Acadertiy Dr SE), installing
a 48-inch diameter qtch basin with sluice gate(37'" St NW Outfalq, and construcdon of a new catch
basin wifh 64 linear feet of stortn,pipe (36'"St SE). Also included in the project is 50 tons oi asphalt
pavement repair, 40 squareqards of cement concrete driveway,apprvaches and restoration/replacemerrt

A projectbudget contingency of$169,632 remains in the Stortn Drainage Fund.
