The Grantors, Michael P. Aromin and Christi C. Aromin, husband and wife, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration,receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby convey and grant to the CITY OF AUBURN, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, under the
imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain, an easement over,
under, upon and across the hereinafter described lands situated in King County, State of
Washington, for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, operating, and maintaining a
retaining wall:
For legal description see Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Additional Conditions:
Grantors reserve the right to use the Property for purposes that will not unreasonably interfere
with the Grantee's full enjoyment of the Easement rights hereby granted.

Grantors shall submit for written approval a work plan to the City Engineer for any digging,
drilling, excavation, construction or any other form of activity on the Property that may alter the
existing ground levels, impact the drainage system, disturb the compaction, or damage any
improvements within the Easement. Such work plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer for
written approval not fewer than 30 days prior to the expected work date.
Grantee, and its agents and assigns, shall have the right of access to the Easement, over and
across the Property to enable Grantee to exercise its rights herein. Grantee may from time to time
remove vegetation, trees, or other obstructions within the Easement.
