other associated public facility as shown on the public facility extension plans referred to
as FAC09-0001, the J & K Machine development. Situated within the following
described real property, located in King County:

and the said Grantors hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the property above
conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that they will defend the title

indemnify the City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
