QUIT CLAIM LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 30,Township 21 North,
Range 5 East,W.M.,King County, Washington, said portion being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the monument at the intersection of 37th Street SE and Olympic Street SE, from
which an existing monument marking the point of curvature in Olympic Street SE bears North
01°06'57"East 537.16 feet distant;
Thence South 61°34'38"East along a line parallel with and 30 feet southwesterly(when measured
at right angles) from the south line of Lot 1 of the plat of Siler's First Addition as recorded in
volume 154 of plats at pages 45 and 46 under recording number 9011281124,records of King
County,Washington,a distance of 65.47 feet to the east line of the west 248.12 feet of the east half
of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 30 and the point of beginning for
this description;
Thence continuing along said parallel line South 61°34'38"East a distance of 92.51 feet to the
