A. Call to Order —
B. Review of December 13, 2011 Minutes. Motion by Warren Olson and second by Greg Dobbs to accept
December 13, 2011 minutes.
C. Old Business:
New roof — is finished!
Storm Clean Up — We lost over 40 trees, most of the flowering variety. .
D. New Business:
Replacement trees - It is hopeful that we will receive Federal funding to replace damaged trees. We hope to
have some of them replaced by Spring.
Pricelists — 8% increase is some areas. No increase in others.
Recreation Guide — Year in Review — Copy was given to Board Members.
Julie Anne Cooke, Marketing and Promotions — She will help with the marketing of the cemetery and will be
helping various departments. Julie Anne has lots of energy and positive ideas to contribute.
E. Reports:
In December of 2011, we had approximately $49,750 in revenue with a total of 15 placements
In January of 2012, we had approximately $68,600 in revenue with a total of 21 placements.
The trust company reports nearly $430, 520 in trust as of 12 -31 -2011.
