CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING
Meeting Minutes of lanuary S0,2012
The regularly scheduled meeting, of the Eivil Service Commission was held on January 10, 2012 in
Resource Room k2 located on the second floor of Aubum City Ha11, 25 West Main Street, Aubum, WA.
The following members were in attendance.
.MEIIABERS PRESENT: Gene Cerinoand Cyril Van Selus.
STAFF PRESENT: Police Chief Bob Lee, Assistant City Attorney Doug Ruth, and Civil Service Secretary
Terry Mendoza.
ACTION:
Chairman Cerino called the meeting to orderat3:30 p.m.
Approval of the December 6, 2011 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes:
• Minutes were accepted as written. Motion by Member VanSelus; Chairman Cerinosecondetl.
Approval of the December 16, 2011 Police Sergeant Promotional Eligibility List:.
• Promotional Eligibility list approved. Motion by Member Van Selus; Chairman Cerino seconded.
Approval of December 22,2011 Lateral Police Officer Eligibility List:
• Eligibility list approved. Motion by Member Van Selus; Chairman Cerino seconded.
UPDATES/NEW BUSINE55:
• Chief Lee provided the Commission with updateson an upcoming retirement and promotions.
ADIOURNMENTe.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 3:36 p.m.
