AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
SOUTH COUNTY HOUSING & OUTREACH ASSOCIATION
AND
CITY OF AUBURN
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this •-p day of 1C-d,..
2012, by and between South County Housing & Outreach Association, ( "SCHO ") and the CIT OF
AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington ( "CITY "), as an amendment to the
lease between the parties for units located at 8 1St Street SE, Auburn, Washington executed on the
29th day of September, 2009.
Recitals:
The City agrees to make additional units in the Premises available to SCHO.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of their mutual covenants, conditions and promises, the
PARTIES HERETO HEREBY AGREE as follows:
1. The first recital clause of the Lease is amended to read as follows:
WHEREAS the City is the fee owner of certain real properties being, lying and
situated in King County Washington such real property having a street address of 8 First
Street SE Apts. 2,3 (including furnishings in place as of the date of this amendment),
1,4,5,7,8,9 and 11(hereinafter referred to as the "Premises ")
2 That all other provisions of the Lease Agreement shall remain unchanged, and in full force and
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.
