The Contractor is hereby directed to make the changes to the Contract as described herein This document and all attachments are
a supplement to the contract All work, materials and measurements for the type of construction involved shall be in accordance
with the contract documents of the above named project unless stated otherwise in this change order
Summary of Proposed Changes:
1. Change order #6 is a zero cost change order adding days to the Contract. 10 days are added to the
contract as a result of the wet weather work identified in change order #5 Manuevering tents and
working under rainy conditions during paver installation caused delays affecting the construction
critical path
The Contract time is extended by
10 days
