CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING
Meeting Minutes ofluly 10, 2012
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on July 10, 2012 in Resource
Room k2 located on the second floor of Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA. The
following members were in attendance.
MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Cerino, and Member Van Selus.
MEMBERS ABSEN7. Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson
STAFF PRESENT Chief of Police Bob Lee, Assistant City Attorney Doug Ruth, Civil Service
Secretary/Examiner Pro Tem,John Fletcher

Chair Cerino called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Approval of the June 12, 2012 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes:
• Minutes were accepted as written. Motion by Member Van Selus; Chair Ceri�o seconded.
Approval of the July 3,2012 Lateral Police Officer Eligibility List:
• Eligibility list approved. Motion by Member Van Selus; Chair Cerino seconded.
UPDATES/NEW BUSINE55:
• No new business or updates at this time.
ADJOURNMENT.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 3:34 p.m.
