A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
3 WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE AUBURN POLICE GUILD LIEUTENANTS UNIT
4 FOR 1996-1998

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
7
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS
8
Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the
9
execution of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the
10
City and the Auburn Police Guild Lieutenants Unit for 1996-
11
1998
12
Section 2 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to
13
implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary
14
to carry out the directives of this legislation
15
