3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF JAMES D. CAYCE AND
4 DARRELL E PHILLIPSON AS MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE PRO TEMS

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON IN A

REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

Section 1. JAMES D. CAYCE AND DARRELL E PHILLIPSON are
8
hereby appointed as Municipal Court Judge Pro Tems of the City
9
of Auburn
10
Section 2 . An interlocal agreement is to be negotiated
11
with King County for pro rata payment of costs.
12
Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
13
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
14
out the directives of this legislation
15
