THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON IN A

REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

Section i. DUNCAN A. BONJORNI is hereby appointed as
7
Municipal Court Judge Pro Tem of the City of Auburn
8
Section 2 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
9
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
10
out the directives of this legislation
