HomeMy WebLinkAbout2699 OR/ /A 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 6 9 9 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY 4 OF AUBURN, TO EXECUTE CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF AUBURN AND KING COUNTY FOR 1992-1997 AND SPECIFYING THE 1996 FUNDING TOTAL FOR BASIC 5 LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES. 6 7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A 8 REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS 9 section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of 10 Auburn, Washington, are hereby authorized to execute Contract 11 Amendment to Emergency Medical Services Contract between the 12 City of Auburn and King County for 1992 through 1997 and 13 specifying the 1996 funding total to the City of Auburn not to 14 exceed $289, 964 A copy of said Contract is attached hereto, 15 designated as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference in 16 this Resolution. 17 Section 2 .
