AUBURN SHORT PLAT NO 32-79 AS DESCRIBED IN STREET IMPROVEMENT
7 DELAY AGREEMENT RECORDED UNDER KING COUNTY AUDITOR' S FILE NO
8 8409131033 BY ADDING THE PROPERTY OWNERS' NAMES WHICH IS
REQUIRED BY KING COUNTY AUDITOR' S OFFICE FOR RECORDING

WHEREAS, the owners, WALTER L LANG and MONEEN LANG, had
10
11 requested permission to delay the placement of street
12 improvements while in the process of developing their property
13 as described above; and
on 14
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn authorized the owners, WALTER
(p 15
Cu L LAND and MONEEN LANG, to defer the construction of the
N 16
CD
17 required street improvements until a Local Improvement
18 District (L I D ) has been initiated by the City and or other
19 property owners adjacent to or benefiting the property; and
20
WHEREAS, City officials have verified that the required
21
street improvements are now in place and meet City street
22
23 standards; and

1 WHEREAS, as a result of the completed street improvement

requirements, the aforesaid Street Improvement Delay Agreement
3
is no longer required; and

5 WHEREAS, the City of Auburn confirms all the conditions
6 have been met for Street Improvement Delay Agreement entered
7 into between the City of Auburn and WALTER L LANG and MONEEN
8
LANG, owners, as recorded under King County Auditor ' s File No
9
8409131033 and is hereby terminated Exhibit "A" attached
10
11 hereto and incorporated herein sets forth location of the
12 property described in said Street Improvement Delay Agreement
13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
14
N WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
15
CD RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

17 Section 1 . The Mayor of the City of Auburn is hereby
