A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
5 WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
6 BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE AUBURN NON-COMMISSIONED POLICE UNIT,
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MACHINISTS AND AEROSPACE WORKERS -
7 DISTRICT LODGE NO 160, FOR 1996-1998.
8 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
9
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the execution of the Collective
11
12 Bargaining Agreement between the City and the Auburn Non-commissioned Police
13 Unit, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers - District Lodge
14 No. 160, for 1996-98
15
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
16
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
