A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
5 WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
6 BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE FINANCE CLERICAL UNIT, TEAMSTERS LOCAL
117, FOR 1996-1998.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
8
9 REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
10 Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the execution of the Collective
11 Bargaining Agreement between the City and the Finance Clerical Unit, Teamsters
12
Local 117, for 1996-98
13
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
14
15 procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
