A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
5 WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
6 BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS-OUTSIDE
UNIT, TEAMSTERS LOCAL 117, FOR 1996-1998.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
8
9 REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS
10 Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the execution of the Collective
11 Bargaining Agreement between the City and the Maintenance and Operations-Outside
12
Unit, Teamsters Local 117, for 1996-98.
13
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
14
15 procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
