4 WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE KING
5 COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE AUBURN HOUSING REPAIR
PROGRAM

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A

REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

10 Section 1 , The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
11 Auburn are hereby authorized to execute Amendment to Project
12 Agreement between the City and King County Housing Authority
13
for the Auburn Housing Repair Program Resolution Nos 746
14
and 775 authorized prior amendments to said Block Grant
15
16 Agreement #CD-260-76, dated February 22 , 1977 A copy of said
17 Amendment to Project Agreement is attached hereto, designated
18 as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference in this
19
Resolution

Section 2 The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
21
22 such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
23 out the directives of this legislation
