3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPOINT KING COUNTY
4 DISTRICT COURT COMMISSIONER ANN HARPER AS A JUDGE PRO TEM FOR
5 THE MUNICIPAL COURT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON IN A
7
8 REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS
9 Section 1 . The Mayor of the City of Auburn, Washington,
10 is hereby authorized to appoint King County District Court
11
Commissioner ANN HARPER as a Judge Pro Tem to serve in that
12
capacity at the Auburn Municipal Court
13
14 Section 2 . Compensation for services shall be pursuant
15 to the existing Interlocal Agreement between the City of
16 Auburn and King County for judicial services
17
Section 3 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
18
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
19
20 out the directives of this legislation
