3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
4 QUIT CLAIM DEED TO CAROL J WALKER, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY AS
5 SET FORTH ON EXHIBIT "A"

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
7
8 WASHINGTON, DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT
9 Section 1 The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
10 Auburn are herewith authorized to execute a Quit Claim to
11
CAROL J WALKER for certain property as set forth on the
12
13 attached Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference in this
14 Resolution
15 Section 2 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
16
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
17
out the directives of this legislation
18

On December 2, 1996, the Auburn City Council adopted Resolution No 2789
authorizing the execution of a Quit Claim Deed to you for certain property as described
in the deed In order for the Quit Claim Deed to be recorded, a real estate excise tax
affidavit must be completed and signed by the City, as Grantor, and by you, as
Grantee.

estate tax affidavit at City Hall.
