3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
4 WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO
RELINQUISH A PORTION OF A PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER LINE EASEMENT
5 RECORDING NO 9306081707 LYING WITHIN LOT 2 , CITY OF AUBURN
SHORT PLAT NO 0005-91 AS RECORDED UNDER KING COUNTY RECORDING
6 NO 9306091098 , FOR PURPOSES IN EXCESS OF CITY NEEDS

8 WHEREAS, said Lot 2 has an existing public sanitary sewer
9 line easement Recording No 9306081707, a portion of which is
10
to be relinquished by the City of Auburn as legally described
11
on Exhibit "A" and as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto
12
13 which has been determined to be in excess of City needs; and
14 WHEREAS, City staff has determined sanitary sewer service
15 for Lot 1, lying westerly of Lot 2 of said short plat, can be
16
provided for by sanitary sewer improvements within Harvey Road
17
(M Street N E )

19 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
20 WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
21 RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

section 1 . The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of

Auburn, are herewith authorized to relinquish a portion of

4 public sanitary sewer line easement Recording No 9306081707
5 as legally described on Exhibit "A" and as shown on Exhibit
6 "B" attached hereto, for purposes in excess of City needs
7 Section 2 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
8
such administrative procedure as may be necessary to carry out
9
10 the directives of this legislation 72-64611-1/y.-
