The Mayor of the City of Auburn is herewith 10 authorized to execute a Public Well Water Supply Production 11 12 Facility and Watermain Easements between the City of Auburn C4 13 and the City of Auburn Water and Storm Drainage Utility 14 Enterprise Funds Copies of said Easements are attached C1 15 hereto and denominated as Exhibits "A" and "B" and pi F- 16 Ti incorporated herein 17 18 SECTION 2 .
