3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE
4 PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "AUBURN PARK" , FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR
5
6 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 17 06 110 of the Auburn City
7 Code, a preliminary plat is valid for a three (3 ) year period;
8
and
9
WHEREAS, ACC 17 06 110 and RCW 58 17 140 allow an
10
11 extension of the preliminary plat if the applicant has shown
12 good faith in obtaining final plat approval ; and
13 WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Auburn Park was
14
originally approved by Resolution No 2330 passed by the City
15
Council on July 20, 1992 ;

17 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
18 WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
19 RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

Section 1 The City Council hereby finds that a good
21
faith effort has been made by the applicant in that the
22
23 developer as provided in ACC 17 06 110 has submitted
24 appropriate plans to the City and a one (1) year extension of
25

1 the preliminary plat should be granted The terms of the
2
extension shall incorporate all the conditions and terms which
3
4 are contained in the preliminary plat approval in Resolution
5 No 2330
6 Section 2 . The preliminary plat known as "AUBURN PARK"
7 is hereby extended for one (1) year until July 20, 1998 The
8
preliminary plat of AUBURN PARK refers to property 53 acres in
9
10 size and located on the north side of 37th Street NE and
11 westerly of Auburn Way North zoned M-1 (Light Industrial)
12 Section 3 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
13
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
14
out the directives of this legislation
15
