3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
4 WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING DONATION OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
DECLARED SURPLUS AND NO LONGER IN WORKING CONDITION TO THE
5 COMPUTER BANK CHARITY

7 WHEREAS, The Computer Bank Charity collects tax
8 deductible gifts of computer equipment to give personal
9 computer systems to handicapped or disadvantaged individuals
10
and non-profit organizations serving similar clients ; and
11
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn has surplussed certain
12
13 computer equipment that is no longer in working condition
14 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
15 WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
16
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS

Section 1. The City of Auburn is hereby authorized to
18
19 donate the computer equipment declared surplus and no longer
20 in working condition to THE COMPUTER BANK CHARITY
21 Section 2 . A list of the surplus computer equipment to
22
be donated to THE COMPUTER BANK CHARITY is attached hereto as
23
Exhibit "A"

1 Section 3 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement

such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry

4 out the directives of this legislation
