HomeMy WebLinkAbout2957 1 RESOLUTION NO 2 9 5 7 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, 4 WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE TWO PUBLIC WATERLINE FACILITY EASEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF AUBURN PARKS 5 AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND THE CITY OF AUBURN WATER UTILITY ENTERPRISE FUND 6 7 WHEREAS, the City of Auburn Water Utility requires two 8 easements across portions of City of Auburn Park properties g known as Brannon Park (Tax Parcel No 000100-0081) and Issac 10 Evans Park (Tax Parcel No 062105-9007) for waterline 11 improvements crossing the Green River associated with Capital 12 Improvement Project No PR 615 ; and 13 WHEREAS, said easements are legally described and shown 14 on the attached Exhibits "1" and "2" respectively 15 NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, 16 WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH 17 RESOLVES THAT 18 SECTION 1 . The Mayor of the City of Auburn is herewith 19 authorized to execute two Public Waterline Facility Easements 20 between the City of Auburn Parks and Recreation Department and 21 the City of Auburn Water Utility Enterprise Fund A copy of 22 said easements and map are attached hereto and denominated as 23 Exhibits "1" and "2" and made a part hereof as though set 24 forth in full herein 25 26 Resolution No 2957 May 1, 1998 Page 1 1 SECTION 2 .
