3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, FIXING A TIME
AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LOCAL
4 IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 347, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICE
THEREOF BE GIVEN IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW

6 WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement
7
District No 347, which was created and established by
8
Ordinance No 4655, passed by the City Council on June 2,
9
10 1997 , has been prepared as provided by law and is on file
11 with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for
12 a hearing thereon before the City Council;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
14 THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, that the public hearing on
15
the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No
16
347 will be held before the City Council at 7 30 p m , local
17
time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 25 West Main
18
19 Street, Auburn, Washington on July 20, 1998 The City Clerk
20 is instructed to cause notice to be given both by mailing and
21 publication as required by law
