A. Call to Order — Chairperson Ken Bradford
B. Review of April 10, 2012 Minutes.. Motion by Jeannie Coffey and second by Ken Bradford to accept April.

C. Old Business:
Memorial Day Activities — 2 "`1 year Archterra line trimmed markers. Great turn -out from the Scouts and
The ceremony was perfect.
Hot dogs — This year was the first year we served to the visiting family and friends. It was well received.
D. New Business:
Cemetery Brochures — are smaller, more condensed this year.
2013 -2014 Cemetery Budget — Mowers will be a priority. Also, the completion of Memory Heights at
approximately $35,000 +/- needs developing..
Multiple Plot Sale — Much discussion on this — mixed ideas and feelings regarding "segregating" parts of the
cemetery.
E. Reports:
In April of 2012, . we had approximately $69,125 in revenue with a total of 17 placements..
Cemetery trusts of $3,068 were added.
In May of 2012, we had approximately $57, 380 in revenue with a total of 22 placements.
Cemetery trusts totaled $10,963 for the month.
