A. Call to Order — Chairperson Ken Bradford
B. Review of August 14, 2012 Minutes. By- passed as minutes were unavailable.
C. Old Business:
Stipps Meadow Development — reopened project. A sewer line will be installed along Mt. View Drive. Road
closed Oct. 8t'' to Nov. 9th to through traffic. Cemetery access will be provided.
D. New Business:
Mt. View Drive will be closed to through traffic from until November Stn
Replacement of Centennial Columbarium Caps — Is' phase to be started 10 -31 -2012.
The bronze deer in Centennial Park has been stolen. It will be replaced. The log on which the deer was
mounted, is in the lower shop. Thoughts are to position the new deer in a more visible location.
The Field's property will be used to store sand and salt for M &O sanding trucks — they will put in a gate
across the driveway.
A new angel monu -bench has been ordered. Its costs is approximately $23,000.00. This will be a nice
addition to the upright section in the 9th. (Vick)
E. Reports:
In August of 2012, we had approximately $93,348 in revenue with a total of 30 placements.
Cemetery trusts of $3,707 were added.
In September of 2012, we had approximately $88,823 in revenue with a total of 18 placements.
Cemetery trusts totaled $1,530 for the month.
