Call to Order Chair Rich Wagner cailed the meeting to order at 7 10 PM in the Council Work Area located on the main floor of Aubum Ciry Hall. II. Attendance Those in attendance included Chair Wagner and Committee members Jeanne Barber and 7rish Borden. City Clerk Danielle Daskam was also present. III. New Business A. Designate Committee Structure and Assiqnments for all Standina Gommittees of the Citv Council for 2000 Committee members reviewed the suggested Committee assignments for 2000. Chair Wagner indicated the suggested Committee assignments were distributed to the Counal, and no request to modify the suggested assignments has been received. Motion by Member Barber, second by Member Borden to prepare and recommend the City Council adopt a Resolution designating the following Committee assignments for 2000: Plannina and Community Develooment Trish Borden, Chair Sue Singer, �ce Chair Fred Poe, Member " Public Works Rich Wagner, Chair Fred Poe, Vce Chair Pete Lewis, Member Finance Jeanne Barber, Chair Pete Lewis, Vice Chair Stacey Brotliers, Member � Corrimittee on Committees Minutes December 6, 1999 Page 2 Municipal Services Sue Siriger, Chair Rich Wagner, Vice Chair Trish Borden, Member Committee on Comrriittees Rich Wagner, Chair Jeanne Barber, �ce Chair Trish Borden, Member LEOFF Board Jeanne Barber Pete Lewis Mavor Pro Tem Jeanne Barber MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 3-0.
