COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON COMMITTEES
Minutes
December 7, 1998
I. Call to Order
Chair Rich Wagner called the meeting to order at 7 10 PM in the Council
Work Area located on the main floor of Aubum City Hall.
II. Attendance
Those in attendance inciuded Chair Wagner and Committee members
Jeanne Barber and Trish Borden. City Clerk Danielle Daskam was also
present.
III. New Business
A. Designate Committee Structure and Assianments for all Standina
Committees of the City Council for 1999
Chair Wagner reported that no change in Committee assignments
was requested. The Committee agreed that Committee
assignments would remain the same in 1999
The Committee members agreed that the Municipal Services
Committee and Planning and Community Developmerrt Committee
meeting times would be ohanged as follows:
Municipal Services Committee will meet at 6:00 PM on the
first and third Mondays of each month.
Planning and Community Development Committee will meet
at 6:30 PAA on the second and fourth Mondays of each
month.
Motion by Member Borden, second by Member Barber to prepare
and recommend the City Council adopt a Resolution retaining the
Committee assignments and changing the meeting times of the
Municipal Services Committee and Planning and Community
Development Committee for 1999.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 3-0.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7 14 PM.
