Minutes of Council Committee on Comnittees
January 20 , 1988
Council Work Area
The meeting of the Committee on Committees was called to order at
6 p.m. by Chairman Bud Larson. Co�mnittee members Linda Wisner
and Don Rurle were in attendance. Other Councilmembers in atten-
dance were Jim walters, Pete Whittall, Stacey Brothers, and Pat
Burns. -

Chairman Bud Larson presented a recommendation of the Comnittee
on Committees for 1986-89. Councilmembers discussed the recom-
mendations for committee memberships and duties of the committees
and reached general consensus on the following committee struc-
ture for 1988-89:
PubliC Works Committee Finance Committee
Linda Wisner, Chair pon Kurle, Chair
Pat Burns, Vice Chair Jim Walters, Vice Chair
Jim Walters, Member Stacey Brothers, Member
Planninq & Comm. Devel. Municipal Services
Pat Burns, Chair Pete Whittall, Chair
Linda Wisner , Vice Chair Sud Larson, Vice Chair
Pete Whittall, Member Stacey Brothers, Member
Councilmembers discussed reviewing the committee structure after
one year. Also, Chairman Bud Larson indicated that tez-
minology on the Committee on Committees should be changed from
"three months" to "as needed".
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
6: 45 p.m.
