The regularly scheduled meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on Janua_ry,_8,._2013 in Council Conference
Room located on the first floor of 25 West Main Street,Aubum,WA. The following members were in attendance.
MEMBERS'PRESENT Chairman Cerino,Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson,and Member HuAbut
STAFF PRESENT Chief of Police Bob Lee, Assistant City Attorney Doug Ruth, Civil Service Secretary/Examiner Gail
Cannon, Pro Tem Civil Service Examiner Eileen Sherlock.

Chairman Cerino wlled the meeting to order at 3:35 p_mi
Appointment by Mayor Lewis of New Member Terry Hurlbut.
Approval of the December 11,2012 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes:

Motion passed.
