A. Call to Order — Chairperson Ken Bradford
B. Review of October 9, 2012 Minutes. Motion by Bob Rakos and second by Ken Bradford to accept the
October 9 "' minutes.
C. Old Business:
Mt. View Road Closure — many difficulties which included loss of power to the lower shop, office power
Nvent out and Nvater lines Nvere broken twice.
Angel Monubench — Craig showed pictures of the bench.
Fields Property - M & O has sand and salt on the property now and Nvill install gates to try and keep "visitors"
out.
Well Water — The Nvell on Fields property has been filled and capped. It is not usable.
D. New Business:
Centennial Columbarium Caps — Have replaced a portion of old failing concrete caps /trim. Phase 1 of 3 is
complete.
Endowed Care — 10% to be added to purchase price of plot.
Thefts in neighborhood — Seem to be on the rise. The construction company Nvorking on the road had trouble
along Nvith residents.
Tree of Remembrance — The tree is now a permanent tree, and families continue to praise the idea.
Zach Hopper — Is back to Nvork full time after his surgery. Welcome back, Zach!
E. Reports:
In October of 2012, Nve had approximately $97,892 in revenue Nvith a total of 21 placements.
Cemetery trusts of $8,200 Nvere added.
In November of 2012, Nve had approximately $75,174 in revenue Nvith a total of 28 placements.
Cemetery trusts totaled $1,662 for the month.
F. Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 2:45 PM.
