The State owned buildings located at Game Farm Park will be going to auction in March for$700,000.
e
These buildings have been owned by the state for 50 years and have been vaont for the last two years:
Daryl does not feel the tax payers should have to purchase the buildings aga'in so a swap was offered for
a commercial lot located`af 30"' &I St NE. If the exchange occurs, the plan would be for aII Parks
Maintenance employees to move to the new buildings at Game Farm, add more parking for futiire
toumaments and M &O would use the bays at the C street location. The location at C street would need
some improvements. The State will let us know in March if they are willing to exchange properties.
