Introdaction:Gl Hunziker is the Aubum Aicport representative for the AOPA,(AirpoR Ownen Pilot Associatlon)
which helps support gene2l avladon airports.
Approval of Minutes:
A motlon was made and seconded to accept the Atrport Advisory Board Mfnutes of Febniary 20,2013.
Old Business:
Westside Tree Removal:Ms.Coleman to contact Chris Andenon.Ciry of Auburn Environmental Protection Manager
regazding tree removal. Mr.Maiorca met with Green River Community College Forestry directoT who will contact
Airport Management if trees could be removed by forestry students.
New Businessh
Airport Enterprise ttiwd Update: Mc Garcia presented a financial snapshot of the Airport from2010-2013.
[ntrodnctlon:New Airport Advisory Board member John 1'heisen was introduced by Mr.Thomas.
FAA Site Vis1C Peter poyle vislted the airport and discussed capitallmprovement projects and wilddfe hazard wlth

Engfneering Consultants Selecdon 2013-2019:A consultant far Capital Improvement project needs to be selected
for the next flve(5)years.
Capital lmPrnvement Projects 2013:Asphalt Sealcoat between hangars and crack repain an runway is oae of the
projects slated for 2013. All companies have veriNed their submltted praposals for Wildlife Haurd Assessment and
grant applicatlon has been done.
Airport Management Contract:The contract for Airport management is up at the end of 2013. A request for
proposal wtll open soon and the selection for the contraa deterntined.
Hangar Inspectlon: Beginning April 1 and conUnuing through June 30,2013,airport management will conduct
safety inspections in condo and city hangars.
Open Hangar Blyd Deterrent System: Airport management has been cleaning open hangars and covering rafrer
areas where birds could nest Also,the lights are tieing spray with tiug repellant to keep the spiders away.
