MOT10N CARRIED CORRESPONDENCE PETITION The Ci.ty Cle�k �ead a petition from C.A. Heisserman� to rezone f�om R-60 to Spetial Property Use for neighbo�hood recreation a�ea and building. This petition was referred to the Planning Commission. STATE HIGHWAY GOMMISSION �` The .City Clerk _read a letter from the State Highway Commissi,on ;ri�` . stating a Public Heari�ng will be held at E;00 P.M. It was moved by Kammeyer and 2nd by Sonnemann that the �eeomm- ndations of the Planning Commission be approved and the City ttorney be instructed to draft the necessary ordinances. h00TI0N CARRIED ARCHIE J. FRY - ARCHITECT ' The City Clerk read a letter from Archie J. Fry, Architect, resenting a preliminary fee statement. The estimeted cost is 75,000.00 - p�eliminary fee�l 25°� of 5.95� of the estimated �elimina�y cost of the building proJeet - $1 , 115.62 due architeet. It was moved by Sonnemann and 2nd by K�mmeye� that this amount e paid the Architect and the City clerk draw up the necessary oucher from the Cumulative Reserve Fund. MOTION CARRIED RICHARD E. WO�FF The City Clerk �ead a letter from R.E. Wolff eonsulting ngineer, presenting the Engineering fees for the Algona Water upply line .- $ 1 ,060.60 and the West Hill Spring Imp�ovement , • ,943.02.
