Workman for a license change. It was moved by Fitzsimmons and 2nd by Sonnemann that the Counci1 approve. the. iicense change and grant one more.taxi stand in firont of 31 East Main, MOTION CARRIED . The question. was raised regarding the curbing of the vacant lot and. it was ag�eed this will be the responsibility of. the property owners to' repair ;and replace at their expense. The City Engineer` is to so inform them. REPORT No report ENGINEER'S :REPORT ' The City Engineer stated the Telephone Co, had requested permission to lay underground conduit along the south side of 12th . E. from "A" S.E, to "H' S.E. and continue down the 5. W, side of State Nighway �5 to Howerd Road, Aiso the place Tape Armored cable from Howard Road along south side of Hwy #5 to a point opposite the F.A .A , bidg. It was moved by Petersen and 2nd by Towner that the Telephone Co. be granted this repoest.
