Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Auburn held
June 4, .1.962, .in the Council Chamber at the Cit,y Hall for. the �
purpose of installi_ng the Cit.y Treasurer and Councilmen elect.
` Mayor Shaughnessy called the meeting to or.der.
Councilmen present: Aaby, Sonnemann, Gaines, Fitzsimmorts,
Kammeyer and Knechtel .
City Attorney Smythe administered the oath of office to
James Skrivan as City Treasurer; and George Aaby, Kenneth Fitzsimmo s
' anii AI Knechtel as counci" Imen.
' Mayor Shaughnessy dec.lared nominations were open for Mayor
pro-tem. Dick Kammeyer was nomineted and as there were no further
nominations, Mayor Shaughnessy declared, the nominations closed.
It was moved by Fitzsimmons, seconded by Knechtel , that
. ' D,ick Kammeyer be el.ected .for. the office of Mayor Pro-tem.
MOTION CARRIE
- The meeting; was declared. adjourned.
