CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING
Meeting Minutes of May 14, 2013
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on May 14, 2013 in Council
Conference Room located on the first floor of 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA. The following
members were in attendance.
MEMBERS PRESENT, Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson, and Member Hurlbut
STAFF PRESENT. Chief of Police Bob Lee, Civil Service Secretary/Examiner Gail Cannon, Assistant City
Attorney Doug Ruth
STAFF ABSENT: Chairman Cerino
ACTION:
Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson called the meeting to order at 3.33p.m.
• Approval of the, April 9, 2013 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes:
• Motion to approve meeting minutes made by Member Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson; Second
by Member Hurlbut.
Motion approved.
Approval of the May 3, 2013 Revised Police Service Specialist Eligibility List:
• Motion by Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson;Second by Member Hurlbut.
Eligibility list approved.
Approval of the April 10, 2013 Revised Police Sergeants Eligibility List:
• Motion by Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson; Second by Member Hurlbut.
Eligibility list approved.
