CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING
Meeting Minutes of April 9, 2013
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on April 9, 2013 in Council
Conference Room located on the first floor of 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA. The following
members were in attendance.
MEMBERS PRESENT Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson, and Member Hurlbut
STAFF PRESENT Chief of Police Bob Lee, Civil Service Secretary/Examiner Gail Cannon, Pro Tem Civil
Service Examiner Eileen Sherlock, Assistant City Attorney Doug Ruth
STAFF ABSENT: Chairman Cerino
ACTION:
Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson called the meeting to order at 3.34p.m.
• Approval of the, March 12, 2013 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes:
• Motion to approve meeting minutes made by Member Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson; Second
by Member Hurlbut.
Motion approved.
Approval of the April 8, 2013 Revised Entry Level Police Eligibility List:
• Motion by Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson; Second by Member Hurlbut.
Eligibility list approved.
Approval of the April 8, 2013 Revised Lateral Police Eligibility List:
• Motion by Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson; Second by Member Hurlbut.
Eligibility list approved.
Approval of the April 5, 2013 Sergeant Promotional Police Eligibility List:
• Motion by Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson; Second by Member Hurlbut.
Eligibility list approved.
