CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING
Meeting Minutes of March 12 , 2013
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on February 12, 2013 in
Council Conference Room located on the first floor of 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA. The following
members were in attendance.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Cerino, Chairman Pro Tern Thordarson, and Member Hurlbut
STAFF PRESENT: Chief of Police Bob Lee, Civil Service Secretary/Examiner Gail Cannon, Pro Tern Civil
Service Examiner Eileen Sherlock
STAFF ABSENT: Assistant City Attorney Doug Ruth
ACTION:
Chairman Cerino called the meeting to order at 3.34p.m.
• Approval of the, February 12, 2013 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes:
• Motion to approve meeting minutes made by Member Chairman Cerino; Second by Chairman
Pro Tern Thordarson;Third by Member Hurlbut.
Motion approved.
Approval of the March 4, 2013 Entry Level Police Eligibility List:
• Motion by Chairman Pro Tern Thordarson;Second by Member Hurlbut.
Eligibility list approved.
Approval of the March 5, 2013 Lateral Police Eligibility List:
• Motion by Chairman Pro Tern Thordarson; Second by Member Hurlbut.
Eligibility list approved.
