CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING

The regularly scheduled meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on February,1Z 2013 in Council Conference
Room located on the first floor of 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA. The following members were in attendance.
MEMBERS PRESENT Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson, and Member Hurlbut
MEMBERSABSENT: ChairCerino
STAFF PRESENT Chief of Police Bob Lee, Assistant City Attorney Doug Ruth, Civil Service Secretary/Examiner Gail
Cannon, Pro Tem Civil Service Examiner Eileen Sherlock.
ACTION:
Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson called the meeting to order at 3.31 p.m.
Approval of the January S, 2013 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes:
• Motion to approve meeting minutes made by Member Hurlbut; Seconded by Chairman Pro Tem Thordarson.
Motion passed.
Approval of the January 25, 2013 Entry Level Eligibility List: _
• Motion to approve Entry Level Eligibility List made by Member Hurlbut; Seconded by Chairman Pro Tem

Motion Passed.
Approval of January 22, 2013 Lateral Police Eligibility List:
• Motion to approve Lateral Police Eligibility List made by Member Hurlbut; Second by Chairman Pro Tern
