THE CITY OF AUBURN AND AMEC ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE
RELATING TO PHASE 1 FOR CHASE LAND SWAP
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this d-9 day of i(/l , 2013, by
and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the Sta of Washington
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and AMEC Environment & Infrastructure (hereinafter
referred to as the "CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the Agreement between the parties
for the agreement for services executed on the 1'2°i day of August, 2013.

The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1 CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
September 13, 2013. There is no change to the date of termination.
2. SCOPE OF WORK. The scope of work is amended to include the following tasks:
• Adding Parcel Number 7815700280 to the Phase I ESA investigation.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $1 000. The total contract amount is
not to exceed $5,700
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement between
the parties for the agreement for services executed on the jath day of August, 2013 shall
remain unchanged, and in full force and effect. 14-
