supplement to the contract. All work,materials and measurements for the type of construction involved shall be in accordance with the
emitted documents of the above named project unless stated other wise in this change older
Summary of Proposed Changes.
1 Fat the purpose of settlement of a dispute,parties agree to a lump sum payment for halt of the costs incurred to remove and
repair a stuck casing during shaft drilling at Abutment I Shaft#8 for the Side Tracking Linc(ST Line).
2 For the purpose of settlement of a dispute,parties agree to a lump sum payment for half of the costs incun'ed for out of sequence
shaft drilling work due to the stuck casing at Abutment I Shaft#8 for the ST Line.
